Chromatic Kingdoms Campaign Map by Darlene
almost 6 years ago – Fri, Jun 29, 2018 at 03:52:52 PM

As many of you know, Darlene created the Grey Hawk Maps for AD&D and now she has agreed to create the map for the Chromatic Kingdoms if we can hit $6k in the 10 days left in this campaign. That means an additional $30 for each of the current backers or gaining a few new people so help us spread the word.

If we hit $6k everyone who gets the book will get a mini poster of the map.

ASH HOUSE

Ash House has been empty for the last thirteen years, known to be cursed, but most citizens of Concord don’t know the details. They only know that Ash House is dangerous, and to step within its walls is to leave the protection of the gods behind.

The family belonged to a group that opposed the forced peace of Concord. The gods knew about them, but were reluctant to do anything about them before they had actually done anything to defy the gods. The gods expected that defiance to come in the form of attacking a dragon. They weren’t expecting the group to acquire a powerful holy artifact, the Coronet of Onnel, and desecrate it. The gods acted immediately, cursing the family and everyone associated with that act of desecration. The cult became un-people, unknown to those who were their friends and loved ones, their names erased from history. That would have been punishment enough, but it became worse for them - the corrupted holy artifact lashed out, trapping them all within the house, and warping the grounds with its dark magic. Nothing grows at Ash House now.

For a long time, the curse would claim the occasional foolhardy or desperate person who ventured too deeply inside its halls, but this happened so seldom, and to people who were not missed, that nothing much was done.

But in recent weeks, something has changed...

Good Morning,

As of this morning, Dragonscales as funded. 14 days in and a few weeks to go. Hopefully we will reach some of the stretch goals. Thank you to all our backers.

James M. Ward made some additions to the Dragonscales book this week. We will be placing art orders once the kickstarter closes with hopes to ship early in the fall.

Maps are our next big challenge. We currently have half a dozen maps that need to be created for inclusion in the core book.

Dragonscales Q&A and Crossover Adventure
almost 6 years ago – Tue, Jun 19, 2018 at 09:38:09 AM

Greetings Adventurers

We have two great adventures included in this Kickstarter and a few more currently being written. During our Q&A last evening, a question of crossover adventures came up. FSC is working on a crossworlds product which will aid in characters crossing over from one system to another. Of course moving between Dragonscales and 77 Worlds is fairly straight forward (except for the magic system). In relation to this question, I wanted to share a different kickstarter project we are running for Eddie Jonas's The Forgotten Dungeon which is our first crossover module supporting multiple game systems including Dragonscales.

If you missed the Q&A you can read the dialog here. CLICK to Open #RPG-NET Q&A with Stephen A Lee and James M Ward discussing Dragonscales.

If the Forgotten Dungeon is of interest you can find that link HERE. CLICK To Open

The Q&A will be interesting for those wanting to know more about the Chromatic Kingdoms, The City of Concord, and the WCS mechanics the game is based on.

Enjoy your Weekend my friends
